Understanding the model and process of methodically leading a change process

ChangeManagementModelenProces

What is methodically leading a change process?

Leading a change process through the creation and implementation of roles, processes and instruments that any of these groups use to effectively manage the people side of change.

We want to provide our participants insights about the way people change. The organization changes but as fast as the people change. With these insights we walk through the 4 phases of the Change Management Model and we will go step by step through the Change Management process with associated deliverables and results.

Our participants initially acquire insights into the individual change process and we indicate where in the different phases of the methodology this is at stake.

Phase A: the preparation.

We analyze the change that the organisation is facing. What will change? Why? Who will be impacted by the change?

We carry out an assessment of the participants as change manager, the leadership structure and culture of the organization and the characteristics of the change to come up with a concept of the change plan.

Phase B: what do I need to know to create a change plan

We go deeper into the readiness of the organization, the primary sponsor, the sponsors.

We make an assessment of the impact of the change on the different groups of the organization. We describe what we find, how we handle it (coping and dealing) and how we are going to transfer this to the organization. On this basis we create an analysis of the findings, a first communication about the change and a strategic change plan.

Phase B UK

Phase C: How can we effectively manage the transition

We make a detailed strategic change plan with a communication plan, organisation of feedback, staff participation, action, coaching, training and resistance management ... We determine what we measure and how we're going to measure. We collect measurable feedback.

Phase C UK

Phase D: make a lasting success of change management

We measure successes and celebrate those as well. Feedback is collected and actions are evaluated and, where necessary, changed.

We ensure that the change management competence remains in the organization.
